At Mahant Ji Ki Dukaan, we offer a range of devotional products such as Hanuman Pratima, Shiv Pratima, Rudraksha, sacred stones, and more — all siddh with Mahant Ji’s blessings from Prachin Shri Hanuman Mandir, Connaught Place, Delhi.

We ensure that every product is carefully packed and blessed before reaching you. However, if, in the worst case, your product arrives broken or is missing, we gladly offer a 7-day return or refund policy from the date of delivery.

 

Conditions for Refund/Return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (unless damaged during transit).

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/missing item must be provided for verification.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of return, you may be required to ship the product back to us; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
